Scope of the service
QBLOGG produces content: SEO articles, LinkedIn series, social content, newsletters, short-video scripts, YouTube outlines and localisation into ten languages. Which outputs belong to which package is listed on the packages section and itemised in the proposal.
What we deliver is text. Video, audio and image production are out of scope; video outputs are delivered as scripts and outlines, and producing them is yours.
Publishing, distribution and advertising are out of scope unless the proposal says otherwise.
First article free
Once per company, written after the brief is approved. If you do not like it, you owe nothing. It is a sample, meant to let you judge before committing.
Prices and payment
The package prices shown on the site are example starting prices and vary with scope, sector and number of languages. The price that applies to you is the one written in your proposal.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude value added tax. Norwegian MVA registration and rate apply as [TO BE COMPLETED: MVA registration and rate].

Term, cancellation and refunds
Monthly packages carry no long-term contract; you can stop any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — content planned for that period is delivered and that period is not refunded.
Work already started is not refundable. Payments taken for work not yet started are refunded.
Revisions
The number of revisions per piece is stated in the package list. A revision covers changes within the approved brief. A new angle or a new topic outside the brief is new work, not a revision, and is priced separately.
Intellectual property
Rights to the content we deliver pass to you on payment of the relevant invoice: you may publish it, change it and use it under your own name. Until payment, the rights remain with us.
This site's own content — articles, brand, logo, code and audit scripts — belongs to QBLOGG. You may quote from the articles with attribution; you may not reproduce them in full.
We assume you own, or are licensed to use, the material you give us (brand assets, data, images, customer examples).
Use of AI and editorial responsibility
We use AI for the first draft. Verifying the research, choosing the angle, the examples and the final read are human work; we publish no claim without a source.
Article 50 of the EU AI Act sets transparency obligations for AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, and exempts content that has undergone human review with a person holding editorial responsibility.
